1. Approve:

1.1. Changes to the Procedure for registration and issue of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of April 13, 2012 No. 320, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 02, 2012 for No. 1089/21401, which are applied.

1.2. Changes to the Order of registration of the place of residence and place of stay of physical persons in Ukraine and samples of documents necessary for this purpose approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of November 22, 2012 No. 1077, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 18, 2012 for No. 2109/22421, which are applied.

2. To management of interaction with the central executive bodies and bodies of the military of the Department of MIA of Ukraine (the Cherkassk R. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the Public migratory service of Ukraine Kovalchuk M. M.

Changes to the Procedure for registration and issue of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine

1. In the Section II:
