According to provisions of the Law No. 728-XIII of February 6, 1996 on fruit growing (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 52-53, 161), with subsequent changes, and the Law No. 658-XIV of October 29, 1999 on nuciferous cultures (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, Art. No. 153-155, 749), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

Regulation on production, control, certification and realization of material for reproduction and landing of fruit crops according to appendix No. 1;

The list of the orders of the Government which are recognized invalid, according to appendix No. 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective after 12 months after its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
