1. Approve the List of objects and types of activity for which development of materials on environmental impact assessment is obligatory it (is applied).

2. Exclude appendix 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 3, 2006 No. 464 "About approval of the Evaluation procedure of impact on the environment".

The list of objects and types of activity for which development of materials on environmental impact assessment is obligatory

1. The objects and types of activity belonging to the I category of impact on the environment (high risk):

- highways, subway, railroads, high-speed highway and freight terminals of republican value;

- the airports with runway of 2100 meters and more;

- bases of oil and oil products I and II of category;

- water storage basins in amount over 200 million m3;
