About introduction of amendments to some orders of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine", Item 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 04, 2013 "Some questions of evaluating for the purposes of the taxation and charge and payment of other obligatory payments which are made according to the legislation" for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the current legislation I ORDER to No. 231:

1. In the title and preamble of the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of October 30, 2001 No. 1996 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for training of the physical persons who were trained according to the program of basic training of appraisers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 15, 2001 for No. 956/6147 (with changes), words of "the appraisers who were trained according to the program of basic preparation" shall be replaced with words "for receipt of the certificate of competency of the appraiser";

in Item 1 of the order of the word of "the appraisers who were trained according to the program of basic preparation" shall be replaced with words "for receipt of the certificate of competency of the appraiser".

The title of the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of December 19, 2001 No. 2357 "About approval of the Procedure for test of documents of the public organization applying for recognition of the status of the self-regulating organization of appraisers" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 11, 2002 for No. 25/6313 (with changes) to state in such edition:

7. In the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of February 19, 2013 No. 211 "About approval of forms of certificates of advanced training of appraisers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 07, 2013 for No. 379/22911:

preamble after words "professional estimative activity in Ukraine" to add with words and figures ", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 04, 2013 No. 231 "Some questions of evaluating for the purposes of the taxation and charge and payment of other obligatory payments which are made according to the legislation";

add Item 1 with the new paragraph of such content:

8. Approve Changes to some regulatory legal acts of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine which are attached.

9. To provide to the head of department concerning estimative activities provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

10. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the director of the department of coordination of development and accomplishment of program documents, assessment and the order objects of state-owned property.

11. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes to some regulatory legal acts of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine

1. In Regulations on procedure for agreement signature on the cooperation on professional training of appraisers approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of October 29, 2001 No. 1977, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 15, 2001 for No. 955/6146 (with changes):

1) in the Section І:

Organizational support of examination by heads of subjects of estimative activities is performed by the educational institutions which signed the agreement on cooperation with FGIU on specialization 1.8 "Assessment for the purposes of the taxation and charge and payment of other obligatory payments which are made according to the legislation" within the direction 1 "Assessment of objects in material form" and/or specialization 2.3 "Assessment for the purposes of the taxation and charge and payment of other obligatory payments which are made according to the legislation" within the direction 2 "Assessment of complete property complexes, shares, securities, property rights and intangible assets, including the rights to intellectual property items" and/or to the direction 3 "Assessment for the purposes of the taxation and charge and payment of other obligatory payments which are made according to the legislation".".

With respect thereto to consider Items 3-31 respectively Items 4-32;

"the organizations of appraisers" to add Item 7 after words with words and signs ", (their associations)";

2) in the Section ІІ:

Educational institutions develop programs of advanced training of appraisers which are subject to approval of FGIU. The educational institution shall provide the organization of educational process of appraisers according to developed educational and methodical complex in the direction(s) of assessment of property and specialization(s) within the direction(s).
