About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus
Based on Items 9 and 10 of the Regulations on the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2009 No. 229 "About the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in part one of Item 35 of the Instruction on procedure for maintaining the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of March 10, 2009 No. 25 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 92, 8/20701; 2011, No. 138, 8/24468) shall be replaced with words the words "and trade secret" "or other secret protected by the law";
1.2. in part one of Item 19 of the Instruction on procedure for maintaining the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs concerning state bodies and the state legal entities, provisions on whom are approved by acts of the legislation, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of January 15, 2013 No. 7 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 17.01. 2013, 8/26787), the words "and trade secret" shall be replaced with words "or other secret protected by the law".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 11, 2013.
