Based on Item 10 of the Regulations on the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2009 No. 229, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for maintaining the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs concerning state bodies and the state legal entities, provisions on whom are approved by acts of the legislation, it (is applied).

2. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 27, 2009 No. 8 "About some measures for implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2009 No. 1" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 31, 8/20428; No. 162, 8/21114; No. 250, 8/21494; 2011, No. 97, 8/24046; No. 121, 8/24303):

2.1.1. add Item 1 with paragraphs the twenty third and twenty fourth the following content:

"form of the notification on inclusion in the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of data on state body according to appendix 22;

form of the notification on inclusion in the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the changed data on state body according to appendix 23.";

2.1.2. add the resolution with Item 13 of the following content:

"13. In case of inclusion in the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of information about the state legal entity, provision on which it is approved by the act of the legislation, the notification in form according to appendix 22 or 23 is submitted.";

2.1.3. add the resolution with appendices 22 and 23 of the following content:
