About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605 and of July 31, 2006 No. 986

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 107, 5/9385; 2008, No. 54, 5/26856; 2009, No. 19, 5/29149; No. 263, 5/30658; 2010, No. 118, 5/31768; 2011, No. 11, 5/33160; No. 98, 5/34359; 2012, No. 63, 5/35757):

to exclude subitem 2.3 of Item 2;

in Item 5:

to exclude from subitem 5.1 of the word "settlement of collective employment disputes, and also";

add Item with subitem 5.51 of the following content:

"5.51. ensuring lighting in mass media of the questions entering competence, except for relating to the state secrets or other secret protected by the law;";

from subitem 5.12 of the word "criminalistics, judicial examination," and "control of terms and procedure for conducting examinations and special researches," to exclude;
