About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in connection with adoption of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 04.07.2018 No. 75.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 05.02.2019 No. 31.

3. Approve Changes to the Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 3, 2006 for No. 935/12809 (with changes) which are applied.

4. To legal department (Novikov V. V.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine for use in work.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this resolution.

6. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
