About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of January 30, 2013 No. 72

According to subitem 81.6 of Item 81 of the Section VI of the National plan of action for 2013 concerning the implementation of the Program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Prosperous society, competitive economy, the effective state" approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 12, 2013 No. 128, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in Standard regulations on the Center of provision of services, the vehicles connected with use, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the order of January 30, 2013 No. 72, registered in the Ministry of Justice on February 11, 2013 for No. 241/22773, which are applied.

2. To provide to department of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister militia lieutenant general Ratushnyak V. I.

1. Item 1.3. to the Section I to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"Calculation of quantity of workplaces of the employees of the Center of provision of services connected with use of vehicles is performed according to the Method of calculation of quantity of workplaces of the employees of the Center of provision of services connected with use of vehicles which is applied."
