About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of rather voluntary participation in system of obligatory national social insurance
According to Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 384, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about procedure for calculation and payment by insurers and insured persons of fees on obligatory national pension insurance in the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of December 19, 2003 No. 21-1, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on January 16, 2004 for No. 64/8663, which are applied.
2. Approve Changes to the Instruction about procedure for charge and the payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of September 27, 2010 No. 21-5, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on October 27, 2010 for No. 994/18289.
3. To submit to department of receipt of the income (Litvinenko V. V.) and legal management (Ryabtsev T. B.) this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
