2. Entrance, departure, stay and transit following on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of drivers of the foreign haulers, persons accompanying loads or the following as passengers are performed according to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 21, 1996 No. 408 and of February 21, 2002 No. 62 and of December 26, 2011 No. 342, and also the relevant agreement of the State Parties of the CIS regulating these questions.
3. Determine that entrance and stay in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of foreign persons (including en route) in defiance of the international rules on the specified questions, the Vienna Convention (about driver's documents), and also the current legislation of the republic involves delivery of the vehicle of foreign state in territorial customs authorities or law-enforcement bodies for taking measures according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
