According to the paragraph the second Item 12 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2013 No. 168 "About some measures for optimization of system of state bodies and other state organizations, and also the number of their workers" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for provision by the government employee of delay of return (repayment) for the credit (including preferential) on construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises, and also the credit for payment of training in case of receipt of the first higher education by their minor children and interest payments for use of these credits.

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2013.
