About approval of Changes in some orders of Minagropolitiki of Ukraine
According to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, the Law of Ukraine "About system of engineering facilities of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine to requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:
1. In the title and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of October 26, 2009 No. 755 "About approval of the Instruction for registration by officials of inspections of the state technical supervision of materials about administrative offenses and instructions on the questions belonging to their competence" the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 21, 2009 for No. 1231/17247, "inspections of the state technical supervision of materials about administrative offenses and instructions on the questions belonging to their competence" shall be replaced with words "The state inspection of agricultural industry of Ukraine and its territorial authorities of materials about the administrative offenses connected with abuse of regulations of technical operation of tractors, combines, other self-propelled farm vehicles and safety regulations during their operation".
2. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of Minagropolitiki of Ukraine which are attached.
3. To department of agriculture (Demidov O. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
