According to Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 383, the List of paid services which are provided by divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Public migratory service, and the amount of payment for their provision, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 2007 No. 795 (with changes), and for the purpose of streamlining of activities of employees of Expert service Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine relatively about carrying out criminalistic researches of vehicles and registration documents which accompany them, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for carrying out criminalistic researches of vehicles and registration documents which accompany them as employees of Expert service Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To chiefs of the State research expert and criminalistic center Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, head departments, Departments of MIA of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, to heads of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to organize studying and to provide accomplishment of this order by employees of Expert service Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, professorial, variable structure of faculties of training of court experts and forensic experts.

3. (Zhidkov D. V.) to provide to the state Ministry of Internal Affairs center of Ukraine research expert criminalistic submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
