According to Articles 106, 107 Land codes of Ukraine, article 13-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About land management", subitem 7.29 of the subitem 7 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 23, 2011 No. 500, for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for establishment (recovery) of borders of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) and their fixing with land marks I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about establishment (recovery) of borders of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) and their fixing with land marks, Ukraine approved by the order of the State committee from land resources of May 18, 2010 with No. 376, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on June 16, 2010 for No. 391/17686 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To department of agriculture (Demidov O. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff Senya O. V.
