About approval of the Action plan on implementation of measures for ensuring access of persons with limited opportunities to social infrastructure

For the purpose of realization of reform in the field of social integration of persons with limited opportunities and according to the Law No. 169 of July 9, 2010 on approval of Strategy of social integration of persons with limited opportunities (2010 - 2013) (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 200-201, 660) and provisions of the Program of activities of the Government of the Republic of Moldova "The European integration: Freedom, Democracy, the Welfare" for 2013-2014 DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Action plan on implementation of measures for ensuring access of persons with limited opportunities to social infrastructure, according to appendix.

2. To provide to the ministries and other central administrative authorities specified in the Action plan accomplishment of the provided measures for the effective and approved implementation of the specified Plan.

3. Recommend to bodies of local public authority to take necessary measures for accomplishment of the Action plan, having provided financing from budgets of administrative and territorial units and other sources, including from sources of partners in development.

4. To assign monitoring and approval of process of execution of this resolution to the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction.
