1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2011 No. 204 "About establishment of rates for the heat energy released by the republican unitary enterprises of power industry of the national production association of power industry Belenergo for categories of the organizations established at price level on heat energy for the population" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 2, 8/24589; No. 53, 8/25413; No. 68, 8/25991; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.08. 2012, 8/26209) following changes:
in paragraph one of subitem 1.1 of the word "60 140, 0 rubles" shall be replaced with words "63rd 150, 0 rubles";
in paragraph one of subitem 1.2 of the word "159 859, 0 rubles" shall be replaced with words "the 240th 000, 0 rubles".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
