According to subitem 4.1.20 of subitem 4. 1, subitem 4.5.10 of subitem 4.5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 12, 2011 No. 581, the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 141, and for the purpose of the proper organization of the procedure of dimensional and weight control of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms in Items of dimensional and weight control at check points through frontier of Ukraine of the sea and river message regarding exchange of information we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for the organization of the procedure of dimensional and weight control of vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms at check points of the sea and river message regarding exchange of information which is applied.
2. To provide to department of road transport of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. We reserve control over the implementation of this order.
