1. Approve the enclosed list of personal data necessary and sufficient for accomplishment of the performed tasks.

2. To department of registers and publications together with Legal Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the statistics in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

To direct 2) to official publication in mass media this order within 10 calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Bring this order to the interested structural divisions for management.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the statistics (Ashuyev A. Zh.).

5. This order becomes effective since November 25, 2013.
