About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of National Bank in compliance with Articles 1, 2 and 3 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" No. 60 of April 26, 2013, being guided by articles 7 and 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes and amendments in the following regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- The provisional rules of regulation of activities of microfinance companies in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 4/2 of February 19, 2003 registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on March 25, 2003, registration number 29-03;
- the paragraph third Item 1 ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 31.05.2017 No. 21/7
- The regulations of activities of credit unions in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 14/2 of May 4, 2005 registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on June 6, 2005, registration number 73-05;
