1. Approve Regulations on procedure for providing the Ministry of the income with premises of workers and charges of Ukraine and its territorial authorities (further - the Provision) which are applied.
2. Perform one-time combination of control lists of workers which need improvement of housing conditions and stay on the room registry in the district state administrations of Kiev and according to the legislation are in the corresponding control lists translated from the reorganized bodies of GNS of Ukraine and State Customs Service of Ukraine (the list is attached) in the control list of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine without requirements of the Provision approved by Item 1 of this order.
