About approval of the Regulations on auction committee on realization of material values of the state reserve

In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine "About the state material reserve" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 2004 "About approval of the Procedure for realization of material values of the state reserve" (with changes), for the purpose of ensuring proper functioning of auction committee on realization of material values of the state reserve, I ORDER to No. 1078:

1. Approve Regulations on auction committee on realization of material values of the state reserve which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine on the state material reserve of December 09, 2010 No. 439 "About approval of the Regulations on auction committee on realization of material values of the state reserve", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 29, 2010 for No. 1390/18685.

3. To department of economy of defense and (Nebotov P. G.) in accordance with the established procedure to ensure safety submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of the State agency of reserve of Ukraine Kosichenko M. P.
