According to Presidential decrees of Ukraine of December 9, 2010 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" and of May 31, 2011 No. 634 "About the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine" I ORDER to No. 1085:
1. Approve Changes in some orders of the State committee of Ukraine on energy saving and the National agency of Ukraine concerning ensuring effective use of energy resources which are applied.
2. To provide to development department of real production sector submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Maksyuta A. A.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
