According to Articles 350, of 351 Section XVIII-2 of the Tax code of Ukraine, to Item of 21 part one of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About militia", to the subitem 40 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 141, for the purpose of improvement of efficiency of activities of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine and its territorial authorities, preventions and identifications of corruption, other offenses in the field of office activities, effective maintenance of operational and service activity, and also improvement of work with personnel I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction for application of computer polygraphs in work of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine it (is applied).

2. To heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine, head departments of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, Interregional head department of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine - the Central office on servicing of large payers, customs if necessary to initiate application in work of computer polygraphs.

3.  To provide to the chief of Head department of internal security of Stetyus A.N.:

1) acceptance of necessary measures for implementation of computer polygraphs in activities of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine and its territorial authorities;
