1. Approve the Procedure for issue of the certification expert opinion confirming availability at person of tselitelsky capabilities which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of August 10, 2000 No. 195 "About provision of special permission to medical activities in the field of traditional and nonconventional medicine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 20, 2001 for No. 150 5341.
3. To provide to management of quality control of medical services (T. Donchenko) in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister V. Tolstanov.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
