According to article 14 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 1993 "About standardization and certification" and Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 31, 2011 No. 634, I ORDER to No. 46-93:
1. Make changes to the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine, No. approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of February 1, 2005 28, which is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 4, 2005 for No. 466/10746 (with changes), having stated it in the enclosed edition.
2. (Sandulova D. V.) to provide to department of technical regulation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
