For the purpose of increase in overall performance on social protection of persons of no fixed abode and determinations of requirements to the provided services for persons of no fixed abode in the field of social servicing, according to article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the guaranteed state minimum social standards", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
2. To provide to the ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic carrying out explanatory work on application of the state minimum social standards of the social services provided to persons of no fixed abode in houses of night stay.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
