About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2013-2015"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 23, 2012 "About the republican budget for 2013-2015" (Sheets of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 18-19, of Art. 118; 2013, No. 10-11, of Art. 56; No. 12, Art. 60) following changes:

Articles 1, 2 and 20 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 1. Approve the republican budget for 2013-2015 according to appendices 1, 2 and 3 respectively, including for 2013 in the following amounts:

1) the income - 5 152 711 777 thousand tenges, including on:

to tax revenues - 3 511 723 367 thousand tenges;

to non-tax receipts - 88 890 504 thousand tenges;

to sales proceeds of fixed capital - 7 700 000 thousand tenges;

to receipts of transfers - 1 544 397 906 thousand tenges;

2) costs - 5 743 716 813 thousand tenges;

3) net budget crediting - 40 831 419 thousand tenges, including:

budget credits - 122 125 013 thousand tenges;

repayment of budget credits - 81 293 594 thousand tenges;

4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 158 721 629 thousand tenges, including:

acquisition of financial assets - 167 531 629 thousand tenges;

sales proceeds of financial assets of the state - 8 810 000 thousand tenges;

5) deficit-790 558 084 thousand tenges, or percent 2,3 to country gross domestic product;

6) budget deficit financing - 790 558 084 thousand tenges.

Article 2. Provide in the republican budget for 2013 of receipt of the rents for use of the Russian Federation of the Baikonur complex in the amount 17 480 000 thousand tenges and proving grounds in the amount of 3 767 472 thousand tenges.";

"Article 20. Approve reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2013 in the amount of 46 024 637 thousand tenges.";

Appendices 1 and 4 to the specified Law to state 2) in edition according to appendices 1 and 2 to this Law.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
