About establishment of forms of receipts

Based on part one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 26, 2014 "About payment of notarial actions and services of legal and technical nature in cash" the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 163

1. Establish:

form of the receipt on acceptance of cash by notaries according to appendix 1;

form of the receipt on acceptance of cash by employees of notarial archives according to appendix 2.

2. No. 73 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of 26.09.2024

3. To the Belarusian notarial chamber to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2014, except for Item 3, of its official publication which is becoming effective later.
