About the organization of activities of newly created interdistrict (district) courts for civil cases, and also strengthening of material and technical resources of interdistrict, district (city) courts of law
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 4, 2013 the No. UP-4570 "About Measures for Enhancement and Increase in Efficiency of Activities of District and City Courts of the General Jurisdiction" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that 12 interdistrict (district) courts on civil cases are formed in addition, the number of judges of courts on civil cases is increased by 71 units for completion of again formed interdistrict (district) courts on civil cases and increases in number of the most loaded courts operating interdistrict (city).
2. To khokimiyats of the Jizzakh, Samarkand, Surkhandarya and Tashkent regions, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to take measures for placement and arrangement of newly created courts for civil cases for the table according to appendix No. 1 in a month.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Justice together with the Supreme Court and the State committee of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan strengthening of material and technical resources of interdistrict, district (city) courts of law, equipment with modern information and communication means and systems according to the schedule according to appendix No. 2.
4. To make the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution by fund of development of courts and judicial authorities.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R.S.Azimov and the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. T. Yuldashev.
