According to article 27-1 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic" and in coordination with Judicial council of the Kyrgyz Republic I decide:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for exit, stay and termination of stay of the judge of the Kyrgyz Republic in resignation according to appendix to this Decree.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
