About modification of the State target social development program in Ukraine sports and tourist infrastructure in 2011-2022
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the State target social development program in Ukraine sports and tourist infrastructure in 2011-2022 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 29, 2011 No. 707 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 51, the Art. 2039), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2013 No. 760, changes which are applied.

1. In the Section "Ways and Methods of the Problem Resolution":
1) in paragraph seven of the word "master plans" to exclude;
The paragraph of the eighth to state 2) in the following edition:
"At the second stage (2015-2022) development of master plans, the feasibility statement on the national project" the Olympic hope - 2022 "-creation of sports and tourist infrastructure", the design estimates, construction, reconstruction, repair of objects of sports, tourist and transport infrastructure taking into account international standards and regulations, ensuring holding the international competitions in the territory of Ukraine is provided.".
2. To state paragraph two of the Section "Tasks and Actions" in the following edition:
"The task and actions for accomplishment of the Program are determined taking into account requirements and regulations of the international federations by the corresponding sports and the preliminary feasibility statement on the national project" Olympic hope-2022 "-creation of sports and tourist infrastructure", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the order of September 10, 2012 No. 701.".
3. In the Section "Expected Results, Efficiency of the Program":
Paragraph one to state 1) in the following edition:
"Accomplishment of the Program (2011-2022) will allow:";
In paragraph nine of figure "2014" to replace 2) with figures "2022".
4. State the Section "Amounts and Sources of Financing" in the following edition:
" Amounts and sources of financing
Financing of the Program is performed at the expense of means of private investors, state and local budgets, including on the terms of joint financing and the state support provided in accordance with the established procedure in the form of the state guarantees, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the law.
The amount of financing of the Program is specified annually taking into account real opportunities state and local budgets and other sources, and also results of accomplishment of the Program for previous period.".
5. In appendices to the Program:
