About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2010 No. 102

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2010 No. 102 "Questions of import to customs area of Ukraine of goods within the international treaties (agreements) of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning space activities for creation of the space equipment without payment of import duty and the value added tax" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 9, Art. 444; 2011, No. 1, Art. 26; 2012, No. 9, the Art. 324) changes which are applied.

2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2010 No. 102

1.  According to the procedure of import to customs area of Ukraine by subjects of space activities - residents of goods within the international treaties (agreements) of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning space activities for creation of the space equipment without payment of import duty, approved by the specified resolution:

 Item 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4. Subjects give monthly to the 10th of the next period of the body of the income and charges which performed customs clearance of goods, the report on use of goods on their appointment approved with DKA.

The report form affirms Mindokhodiv.";
