About approval of the Instruction about procedure for filling and issue of the warranty obligation by customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic
According to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", article 29 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic", for the purpose of implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan about transit movement by road transport of goods through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2004 the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for filling and issue of the warranty obligation by customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. The State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic from the date of entry into force of this resolution to send sample of the warranty obligation to week time to authorized state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This resolution becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
