About establishment of accounting treatment for persons performing transactions with goods

According to part seven of Article 455 of the Customs code of Ukraine of March 13, 2012. I order:

1. Approve: Accounting treatment for persons performing transactions with goods that is applied; The Procedure for filling of columns of the accounting card of person performing transactions with goods that is applied.

2. The accounting cards of subjects of foreign economic activity which are drawn up before entry into force of this order are considered valid till December 01, 2012. During this term the specified subjects of foreign economic activity have the right to address to customs authority for their statement on accounting by submission of the accounting card of person performing transactions with goods, in the form established by appendix 1 to the Accounting treatment for persons performing transactions with goods, approved by this order. After this term the specified subjects of foreign economic activity are accepted on accounting by customs authority in case of the first implementation by such persons of transactions with goods, control of which according to the Customs code of Ukraine and other acts of the legislation of Ukraine is assigned to customs authorities.
