According to Article 455 of the Customs code of Ukraine and the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order:

1. Approve the Accounting treatment for persons who during implementation of the activities are participants of the relations regulated by the legislation of Ukraine concerning customs affairs which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 634 "About establishment of accounting treatment for persons performing transactions with goods", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 16, 2012 at No. 1381/21693.

3. Determine that:

persons who before entry into force of this order were registered as persons performing transactions with goods continue to be considered as persons performing transactions with goods and are not subject to repeated statement on such accounting;

the accounting cards of persons, valid for the date of entry into force of this order, performing transactions with goods are applied as excerpts from the register of persons performing transactions with goods before modification of such register to the data specified in the accounting card of persons or receipts of the statement from the register.
