About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 21, 2013 No. 683

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 21, 2013 No. 683 "Some questions of release of finance treasurer bills" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 73, Art. 2693; 2014, No. 3, the Art. 54) changes which are applied.
2. Determine that the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 21, 2013 financial the treasurer bill of exchange is applied No. 683 "Some questions of release of finance treasurer bills" regarding compensation from the budget of tax amounts on value added by obtaining after entry into force of the law which makes changes to Item 19 of subsection 10 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine concerning prolongation of term of issue by the bodies performing treasurer servicing of budgetary funds, finance treasurer bills.
