The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for carrying out indexation of cash incomes of the population approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2003 No. 1078 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 29, Art. 1471; 2006, No. 20, Art. 1484; 2007, No. 52, Art. 2113; 2008, No. 20, Art. 569; 2012, No. 7, the Art. 249, No. 45, the Art. 1759), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for carrying out indexation of cash incomes of the population

1. Third Item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Payments which are estimated from the average salary,".

2. To add item 4 after the paragraph of the sixth with the new paragraph of the following content:

"If person works part-time, the amount of indexation is determined at the rate of full employment, and paid in proportion to worked time.".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the eleventh respectively paragraphs the eighth - the twelfth.

3. Item 5:

To add 1) the paragraph one with the new second offer of the following content:

"In basic month value of consumer price index is accepted for 1 or 100 percent.";
