About some questions of oil supply and oil products from the Russian Federation
According to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation on trade and economic cooperation in the field of oil supply and oil products to the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 9, 2010 the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Determine "KazMunaiGas — Conversion and Marketing" joint-stock company operator company by counter oil supply to the Russian Federation.
2. To the ministry of oil and gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) together with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan to approve delivery schedules of oil products based on indicative balance of oil products for 2014 with determination of amounts, delivery dates;
2) together with joint-stock company "The KazMunaiGas national company (under approval) to take necessary measures for import from the Russian Federation to the Republic of Kazakhstan of oil products in the amount provided by indicative balance of oil products for 2014 according to delivery schedules of oil products;
3) together with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the statistics and joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Tem_r Zhola national company (under approval) to provide control and monitoring of supply of oil products according to delivery schedules of oil products;
4) to take other measures following from this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication and is effective till January 1, 2015.
