1. Approve Changes in the Standard agreement on purchase and sale of natural gas (between owners and suppliers of natural gas) approved by the resolution NKRE of July 5, 2012 No. 849, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 25, 2012 for No. 1250/21562, which are applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of regulation of oil and gas complex submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
