About some questions of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to subitems 1) and 3) of Item 2 of article 17-1 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 26, 1995 "About the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I DECIDE:

1. Abolish the following departments of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) Committee on control and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) Committee on consumer protection of financial services of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take other necessary measures following from this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
