1. Approve enclosed:

1) standard of the state service "Purpose of the Housing Help";

2) standard of the state service "Registration and Priority, and also Adoption by Local Executive Bodies of the Decision on Provision of the Dwelling to the Citizens Needing the Dwelling from the State Housing Stock or the Dwelling Leased by Local Executive Body in Private Housing Stock".

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Purpose of the Housing Help"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Purpose of the Housing Help" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of regional development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears Managements of coordination of employment and social programs of the cities of Astana and Almaty, departments of employment and social programs of areas, cities of regional value (further - the service provider).

Reception of applications and issue of results of rendering the state service are performed through:

7. The state service is rendered to free of charge physical persons: to needy families (citizens) who are constantly living in this area, having the right to the housing help (further - uslugopoluchatel).

8. Working schedule:

1) TsONa - Monday through Saturday from 9:00 till 20:00 o'clock, without interruption for lunch, except days off and holidays according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The state service is rendered also procedure for electronic queue, without making an appointment and the accelerated servicing, in case of desire of uslugopoluchatel, "booking" of electronic queue by means of the portal is possible;

2) the portal - round the clock (except for technical breaks in connection with carrying out repair work).
