Proceeding from need of permanent maintenance up to standard defense capability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in particular, by conducting military exercises,

considering obligations of Ukraine as State Party of the Partnership for Peace program, and also obligation of Ukraine as State Party of the Agreement between the State Parties of the North Atlantic agreement and other states participating in the Partnership for Peace program about the status of their armed forces, Additional and Further additional protocols to this agreement which consent to be bound is provided by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine,

considering opportunity financial and material logistics of multinational military drills which are staged in the territory of Ukraine and beyond its limits, not only at the expense of the Government budget of Ukraine, but also international aid,

based on the offer of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, according to the Law of Ukraine "About procedure for the admission and conditions of stay of divisions of armed forces of other states in the territory of Ukraine" and according to article 112 of the Constitution of Ukraine I decide:

1. Approve the Plan of carrying out multinational doctrines with participation of divisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the territory of Ukraine and their participation in multinational manoeuvers outside Ukraine in 2014 it (is applied).
