2. Establish the number of employees of central office of the Industry ministry and new technologies of 100 units (without service personnel).

3. Form as a part of the Industry ministry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan the State unitary enterprise "Angishti Tochik" and Public institution the "Sanoat Va to Technologies Nav" magazine.

4. Permit the Minister of Industry and new technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan to have three deputies, including one first.

5. Establish for central office of the Industry ministry and new technologies limit of office automobile cars in number of 4 units.

6. To perform financing of central office of the Industry ministry and new technologies at the expense of means of the republican budget and other means according to the procedure, approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
