1. Approve the List of cochairmen of the Tajik parts of the intergovernmental commissions with the countries of the abroad on trade and economic and to sci-tech cooperation it (is applied).

2. Proceeding from circle of the discussed questions to grant to cochairmen of the Tajik parts of the intergovernmental commissions the right to involve said commissions of representatives of the ministries and departments, in coordination with their heads.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify concerned parties on this resolution.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 9, 2007, No. 198 "About statement of list of cochairmen of the Tajik part of the intergovernmental commissions with the countries of the foreign and neighboring countries".
