1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 1-tr (W) "The report on financial performance of work of inland water transport public" of annual frequency and enact it starting with the report for 2013.

2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-tr (W) "The report on financial performance of work of inland water transport public" and enact them starting with the report for 2013.

3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, performing transportation of goods, passengers inland water transport public.
