About additional measures for effective use of state-owned property

 For the purpose of strengthening of material and technical resources of state bodies, and also the Cabinet of Ministers decides ensuring effective use of state-owned property:

1. Agree with Goskomkonkurention's proposals, the Ministries of Finance, the Ministries of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan about:

to voluntary conveyance to state bodies, on the right of operational management, objects according to the list according to appendix No. 1;

realization on open tenderings at the cost determined by the estimative organization, objects by the list according to appendix No. 2.

2. Goskomkonkurention in a month:

transfer, and to the relevant state bodies to accept the objects specified in appendix No. 1 to this resolution at the cost determined by the estimative organization with ensuring their further content and effective use;

provide in accordance with the established procedure assessment and exposure to open tenderings at the cost determined by the estimative organization, the objects specified in appendix No. 2 to this resolution, and also in appendix No. 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 28, 2014 No. 75 "About measures for the effective order state-owned property".

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
