About liquidation of Central Swimming Pool joint-stock company

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Liquidate Central Swimming Pool joint-stock company.

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for sport and physical culture together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 26, 2001 No. 1253 "About reorganization of the Republican state state company "Central Swimming Pool" of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for tourism and sport";

2) the subitem 1) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 6, 2008 No. 543 "About some questions of assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state blocks of shares (shares) of separate legal entities".

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
