1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for timely and organized carrying out cleaning of the grown-up harvest of crops in the Kyrgyz Republic in 2013" of June 28, 2013 No. 389 the following change and amendments:

- in item 4:

in the paragraph the second words", provided in the republican budget" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "the deposit account of the Fund of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic opened according to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 16, 2012 for No. 349-r";

"-direct to the deposit account of Fund of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the money received from realization of above-standard inventory items of the state material reserve and from realization of the property which arrived on account of debt repayment for purchase of inventory items of the state material reserve;

- to monthly provide in the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic the cash flow statement, the state material reserves which are on the deposit account of Fund under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
