Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, their separate divisions according to Item 1 of Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-t (debt) "The report on overdue debt on the salary", approved by this resolution.
4. Declare invalid:
